Bob Spuntak Bio
My objective is to provide a classroom experience to the students attending the technical class that I am teaching the positive encounters that I have had in my many years of high technology. I want to take that event one step further in providing that same positive experience not only to the student but also to the sponsoring employer of the student and the training organization that has coordinated all of us being together for a training day.
My initial direction in a career while attending Duquesne University was to become an accountant and experience the business world. Prior to graduation from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, I commenced my first experience with technology. Since that time, I have not been able to stay away from the latest and greatest technologies. Included over the years, some of those technology experiences have spanned from working with a major university computer science department spinoff bringing into the economy new hardware and software technology, to working in major corporations in both highly conceptual products and soft skills, to working within a regional technical training center learning the nuts and bolts of technical training and experiencing all of the possible situations in training. My interest in technology over the years has not only continued but has actually increased to the point that I now receive great satisfaction from sharing the technology with others in a formal training environment.
I attempt to maintain the skill set necessary to provide not only an enjoyable experience in the classroom but to provide the latest knowledge base for the student. I am continually involved attaining new certifications in the latest technology and maintaining compliance with the technology organizations so that I am allowed to have an ongoing relationship with them.
